Job Context:
∎ The role of the position is to develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for the company and responsible for overseeing and managing the E-Commerce site with a significant online presence, handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising and will also be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies.
∎ The position will lead the business and will be responsible for profit & loss.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To determine the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
∎ To manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns and liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed.
∎ Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
∎ Improve the design, UX, traffic and content of the website.
∎ Create paid campaigns on social media platforms.
∎ Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
∎ Create email blast campaigns to target key customers.
∎ Use advance metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.
∎ Keep up to date on the latest social media trends.
∎ Lead product forecasting by partnering with sales administration and marketing to supply the site with accurate products to meet customer demand.
∎ Monitor stock level products and to ensure that the site secures adequate allocations for customer needs.
∎ Generally have a set budget from upper management for their division. The job of an E-Commerce manager is to plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.
∎ Monitoring & authorizing all of the banking and online gateway transaction.
∎ Implement proper system for controlling & monitoring all sort of financial expenditures according to the budget.
∎ Will keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world. He will also research the company's core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company's targeted ad buys.
∎ Gather data and requests from various sources (site analytics, customers, internal, global and market teams, competitive space) and crystallize into concrete insights, opportunities, and road map enhancements.
∎ To liaise directly with upper management and present their plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company's online presence and e-sales.
∎ Responsible for financial analysis, strategy analysis and competitor analysis and for
∎ process improvement.
∎ Prepare business plan and execution the plan for achieving the goal.

∎ 8-10 years of eCommerce operations experience essentially at least two years as Manager in a reputed market place or E-Commerce Company.
∎ Skills required in web merchandising or online retailing, market research and analysis, website management and E-commerce usability,
∎ digital savvy, Innovation and creativity, people leadership.
