Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

ERP Implementation, Erp software, Garments Industry, Textile Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, testing and ongoing implementation of the company's leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
∎ Support day to day operations of ERP system including user administration, permissions, reporting needs, and debugging and diagnosis of reported issues.
∎ Work with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance WordPress websites with complex design integrations, APIs, animations, and functionality.
∎ Proficiency in data storage solutions including both SQL (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
∎ Must have a clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Principles.
∎ Manage the development of both the front-end and back-end of a website.
∎ Direct, setup, maintain and monitor all networks and servers including backups, property LAN performance, telecom systems and user workstations.
∎ Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
∎ Check network monitoring, monthly/weekly/daily data backup and restore.
∎ Monthly computer/laptop and others device diagnostic report and yearly inventory.
∎ Make plans and complete IT related projects (i.e. process, function, budgets, etc.) as directed.
∎ Oversee and evaluate systems to ensure client/vendor/buyer's comply with corporate standards.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of project management to a complex degree specifically within IT system implementation-based projects ideally within a manufacturing environment
∎ Able to demonstrate high level of technical understanding and competency
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Good written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - Intermediate level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
