∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Rajshahi University,Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,North South University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Administration,Compensation & Benefits,Security Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Responsibilities:
∎ Provided organization development solution.
∎ Provided bulk talent sourcing solution as team member.
∎ Study current organization structure through exercise of reporting chart/organogram , Annual Business Plan (ABP), policies, labor law, work flow procedure, Service Level Agreement (SLA), Job Description (JD) and job & business dimension.
∎ Evaluating current organizational structure, process & procedures.
∎ Recommending lean & flat organogram / reporting chart for both at corporate & factories
∎ Recommending the right/exact headcount of organizations.
∎ Developing employee role profile.
∎ Mapping functional & individual job through job analysis.
∎ Review current Performance Management Systems (PMS) and recommend revise PMS through exercise of performance equation , KPI development, development of competency framework (functional and behavioral/leadership) , organizational value , PMS rollout , non-performers management & reward systems.
∎ Reviewing existing PMS forms and practices
∎ Developing leadership and functional competency and its performance indicator
∎ Reviewing & developing core values & its performance indicator of the organization
∎ Developing balance scorecard based Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
∎ Developing KPI dashboard both at departmental & organizational level
∎ Developing PMS by incorporating KPI, values & core competencies
∎ Linking variable pay and performance
∎ Managing Succession Management
∎ Managing non-performers/ Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
∎ Restructure the HR department and introduce Human Resources Business Partnership (HRBP) to bring more HR effectiveness & to maximize business deliverables.
∎ Review HR manual and revised as per industry best practice , labour law 2006/2013 & labour Code 2015
∎ Bulk recruitment solutions by understanding a client organizations exact head count requirements, talent sourcing, screening candidates, conducting assessment center, recommend candidates and assist in finalizing CTC.
∎ Downsizing employees after evaluating organizations structure & financials and conducting counseling to all concerned.
∎ Coordinating with Accounts & Admin Department.
∎ Key Achievement/ Delivery:
∎ Restructure of organization and recommend right Head Count (HC) to deliver the business challenges for the year of 2014 & 2015 at one leading manufacturing based companies
∎ Integrated companies and created SBUs based on business dimension through lean and flat organogram / reporting chart and recommend exact
∎ Conducted job analysis and developed employee role profile of key job positions
∎ Performance Management Systems reviewed & rolled out as per best practice.
∎ Developed balance scorecard based KPI.
∎ Developed core value & its performance indicator
∎ Developed functional & leadership competency its performance indicator
∎ Developed KPI at individual level and KPI dashboard for department & organizational level
