∎ MBA in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities. Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Prepare Job description, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HR Administration.
∎ To implement KPI based performance management system.
∎ To operate ERP Software and handle HR & Admin software independently.
∎ To ensure performance appraisal, probation, confirmation, annual increment, promotion, confirmation, leave record & encashment, ID card, mobile SIM card and transfer issue etc.
∎ Take effective strategies for reduce employee turnover & and increase employee retention.
∎ Coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
∎ To implement & monitor training & development program/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Ensure Health & Safety related issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ HR, Admin Skills.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Yearly Increment & 02 festival bonus.
