Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA (major Management/ HRM) with PGDHRM will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced leader to supervisor/monitor and control HR, Admin & compliance of the Factory.
∎ Company seeking for someone who is dynamic, well organized, smart and who has experience in corporate HR Compliance & Admin and facing all type of Audit as BSCI, Sedex, Wrap, Alliance , ISO, C-TPAT etc.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance function of the company.
∎ Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency Good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social & Technical Audits. Handling multiple standards ?
∎ Quality, Environment & Health & Safety issue.
∎ Preparing & developing the factories for buyers visit or third parties, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies.
∎ Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
∎ Supervising attendance, Leave, Discipline issues and solve any dispute.
∎ Arrange recruitment with strategies planning and ensure placing of right man in the right place.
∎ Work closely with HR regarding hiring practice payroll and benefits disbursement.
∎ To manage legal issue of the company.
∎ To manage day to day administrative work etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Who is dynamic, well organized, smart and who has experience in corporate HR Compliance & Admin and facing all type of Audit as BSCI, Sedex, Wrap, Alliance , ISO, C-TPAT etc.
∎ Compliance, Floor/ Line Management, Administration, Security, HR, Health/ Safety & Fire, Welfare, Labor Counseling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Composite Factory
Salary: Negotiable
