Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial & Production Engineering.
∎ Must be a graduate of a reputable university.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
∎ MBA/ M.Sc/ Masters or Textile background from any reputed University is more preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up
∎ Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
∎ Setting the production targets and archives on time.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning.
∎ Monitor daily production; make daily production reports and tracking section wise production.
∎ Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.
∎ Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
∎ Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.
∎ Implement production planning and update time to time.
∎ Lead IE team with modern IE tools and method.
∎ Coordination (Planning-Cutting-Production-Sample-Store-Merchandising).
∎ Reporting (MIS-Monthly Reporting-Down time Reporting).
∎ Analysis, problem identifies and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ Prepare project for reducing cost and increase Efficiency.
∎ Standardize every steps of work in the manufacturing processes.
∎ Provide cost effective production system through capacity plan and make sure achievement.
∎ Check and finalize machine layout plan as well as target.
∎ Ensure most effective, easier and economy method of work in production.
∎ Eliminate unnecessary effort and excess O.
∎ T Skill inventory of operator and prepare data base regular basis.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making, Improve overall productivity.
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity using IE method/tools Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates Operational Bulletin and competitive consumption (SMV Calculation) Ensure the average efficiency as per company
∎ Goals Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators.
