Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures achievement of targets and guide the entire team to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ Concentrates about all kinds of input received, studies capacity of operation, identifies and removes constraints to make optimistic use of man, machines and materials.
∎ Directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the Finishing Department ensuring that the plan is adhered to by buyer requirement.
∎ Monitor requisition, issue, storage, distribution and usage of fabric and accessories in order to reduce production waste, system loss.
∎ Recommends Departmental plans based on marketing and sales teams' product requirements and follow up the consensus plan.
∎ Assures that employees' disciplines are effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in timely and proper manner.
∎ Manages and maintain a work environment conducive to achieving high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials and machines correctly.
∎ Directs and controls the improvement of finishing processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Oversees technical team's work and gives guidance when required in order to manage quality.
∎ Works closely with marketing personnel to develop and improve buyer relationships both in retail and whole sale.
∎ Guides & trains up the new employee and motivate employees for higher productivity.
∎ Meet garments finishing requirements.
∎ Reviewing reports and recommending solutions to meet the predetermined standards.
∎ Ensure corrective and preventive action to ensure quality products.
∎ Keep liaison with various departments including IE, Production, Quality, Printing, Dyeing, Sewing, Laboratory, Knitting and others for ensuring quality and meet the scheduled shipment.
∎ Develop time and action calendars for managing all programs.
∎ Acknowledge, understand, implement and emphasize on buyer's quality control mechanism in order to ensure safety and hazard free product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08-10 years of working experience in any reputed RMG.
∎ This is an open position for males only.
∎ Computer skill is a must.
