Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconcile Physical and Virtual Statement.
∎ Maintain and monitor Distributors Lifting Refund Process.
∎ Reconciling all types of products commission and charges.
∎ Monitor Customer Complaint portal’s requests as per Instruction.
∎ Reconciling and monitoring all types of Collection Account.
∎ Perform the all required activities and maintain liaison with business partners.
∎ Manage overall business reporting and KPI tracking of upay.
∎ Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for market operations and management.
∎ Ability to conduct quick analysis as well as deep analysis on a number of performance metrics of MFS.
∎ Gather market feedback and intelligence to understand competitor activities.
∎ Document the entire lifecycle of the retention process and ensure compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expert in MS Excel, Powerpoint & SQL.
∎ Preferable having experience of working in MFS or Telco.
