∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop process/tool for smooth customer on-boarding. Manual validation of EKYC/PKYC for compliant customer on-boarding.
∎ Ensure KYC quality check, scanning by ensuring compliance and regulatory guideline.
∎ Ensure KYC documentation and authorization work (from receiving to archiving and inventory check)
∎ Responsible for verification of Client data.
∎ Manage and ensuring that all SLAs defined with the Business on timeliness and quality are adhered
∎ Manage and implement SOP for customer on-boarding and exit
∎ Coordinate with internal/external stakeholder regarding customer on-boarding.
∎ Prepare training materials, education and tools for KYC management vendor
∎ Precisely take care day to day task for vendor and ensure smooth customer on boarding
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Telecom/ Financial Institutions/Tech based service industry will be preferred
∎ Understanding of MFS
∎ Understanding of customer on-boarding/exit process
∎ Understanding of Software/tools/platforms for customer on-boarding
∎ Relationship Management, Project Management, Resource Management
∎ Knowledge about Bangladesh Bank and BFIU guidelines
∎ Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption.
