Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the instruction given by General Manager (Engineering & Services).
∎ Day to day report to GM - Engineering & Services of Machine & Floor's status.
∎ Co-ordinate to GM all Kinds of Departmental & Machineries works.
∎ To Implement Schedule Maintenance & prevent maintenance Works.
∎ Make sure the working practice of the workers in suitable & save environment which should be compliant.
∎ To Implement Schedule Lubricants & all Chimney Cleaning on Machine.
∎ Check and give instructions to supervisors and workers.
∎ To supervise junior as per Machine Works, Complain.
∎ To Flow-up all Maintenance Works Accurately.
∎ To Check all Works which one Finished Junior & report to GM (Engineering & Services)
∎ To Reduce Spare parts Consumption & Planning to Develop.
∎ To Check all Machineries for Cleaning & Mechanical Faults.
∎ To Motivate All Team Member for Works Better Works.
∎ Authorized to delegate his authority to his sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good experience in Home textile of Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good at Microsoft office program.
∎ Sound knowledge about 2D or 3D Auto CAD.
Salary: Negotiable
