Job Summary
The Executive / Senior Executive (PMD & Marketing) is responsible for supporting and implementing patient marketing, promotional, business development, and corporate engagement activities to enhance patient acquisition, service utilization, and brand visibility of Bangladesh Specialized Hospital. The role focuses on developing referral networks, corporate partnerships, and promotional initiatives while ensuring effective coordination with internal departments to support hospital growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
A. Patient Marketing & Promotion (PMD)
Execute patient marketing and promotional activities to increase OPD and IPD patient volume.
Promote hospital services, specialty clinics, and diagnostic facilities through field marketing and in-house initiatives.
Coordinate health awareness programs, health camps, CME sessions, and promotional events.
Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare stakeholders.
B. Business Development
Identify potential business opportunities, referral sources, and partnership prospects.
Support development and execution of corporate healthcare packages and service agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient referral data to support strategic decisions.
C. Branding, Communication & Digital Support
Support hospital branding initiatives and ensure proper usage of promotional materials.
Assist with digital marketing activities including social media promotions, website content, and online campaigns.
Collect and analyze patient and corporate feedback to support service improvement and brand positioning.
Responsible for managing and responding to Google Reviews to ensure a positive online reputation and patient engagement.
D. Coordination & Internal Communication
Coordinate with clinical departments, front desk, diagnostic units, billing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Ensure proper communication of promotional offers, packages, and campaigns within the hospital.
Oversee patient advice management to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
E. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
Maintain databases of corporate clients, referral partners, and marketing activities.
Track marketing expenses, campaign outcomes, and patient conversion data.
