Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To follow up and make the decision on the overall process of Post Printing as below--
∎ *Varnish
∎ *Heat & Glue Lamination
∎ *Manual Pasting
∎ *Flute Pasting
∎ *Auto Pasting
∎ *Manual Die Cutting
∎ *Auto Cylinder Die Cutting
∎ *Auto Die Cutting (Box Die Cutting)
∎ *Window Patching
∎ *Gluing & Folding
∎ 2. To keep good and close coordination with Offset Print, Offset Finishing, Dispatch and PPC dept.
∎ 3. To follow up and manage the employees of the dept.
∎ 4. To ensure 100% quality production keeping coordination with QA team.
∎ 5. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of working in all the processes of Post Printing.
∎ Should have advanced knowledge on Process Development.
∎ The candidate should have good command in English.
∎ Good communication skill is a must.
∎ Candidates from the Gazipur zone will get a preference as the candidate has to stay near the factory.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Knowing Hindi will be an additional advantage.
