Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred any form of a certificate, diploma or degree, certifying the successful completion of an education program or a stage of a program related to Human Resource Management.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Excelent computer skill, Good at typing Bengali English in MS office program, Good communication skills in both English and Bangla

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
∎ Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date.
∎ Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to staff.
∎ Support performance management activities, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
∎ Assist in handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
∎ Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
∎ Assist in HR reporting and analytics for management review.
∎ Coordinate with senior management regarding any HR related tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
