Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Engagement:
∎ Proactively approach potential customers via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms to present our offerings.
∎ Product Promotion:
∎ Confidently explain and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and services, tailoring presentations to client needs.
∎ Lead Conversion:
∎ Identify high-potential prospects, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales, and ensure follow-through until the deal is closed.
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing support.
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
∎ Target Achievement:
∎ Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision, maintaining accountability for your individual performance.

∎ Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats.
