  • PGDHRM will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for Strong & Energetic Executive Officer for our Renowned Real Estate Company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the labor laws.

  • To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.

  • Responsible for managing HR operations for the Company that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.

  • Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.

  • To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management or when required for the organization.

  • Develop plans of actions with factories, and assist in implementation accordingly.

  • Any other task as assigned by the management.

  • Provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management.

  • Responsible for workforce planning, budget presentation, manpower budget, HR costing and presenting a hiring plan/market mapping and strategies.

  • Maintain monthly manpower number, on the-time recruitment based on monthly projection and requirements to ensure multiskilled training for sustainable business and to recruit direct manpower.

  • Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and overall HR operations.
