Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees across the organization, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
∎ HR Operations: Oversee and implement HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, employee on-boarding, performance management, learning and development and employee benefits.
∎ Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and performance, including employee recognition programs, training and development opportunities and feedback mechanisms.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws and other relevant regulations.
∎ Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic projects.
∎ Leadership Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring and training initiatives.
∎ Data-Driven HR: Develop and implement HR metrics and analytics to measure HR performance and inform business decisions.
∎ Change Management: Manage and communicate changes to HR processes, policies and practices to ensure a smooth transition.
∎ Talent Management: Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management and employee development opportunities.
∎ Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership between HR and other business functions to drive business results.
