Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Science/IT Related Subject / BBA in MIS
∎ MBA in MIS will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement different business modules of Web Based ERP for Different Business Verticals
∎ Work Closely with IT Team and Software Vendor to Analyze the requirements of end users, conduct as Is-To Be procedures for Business process improvement.
∎ Understand Existing MIS Report and propose modification and enhancement if required.
∎ Develop User Manual and Conduct Training for end users of different ERP Modules.
∎ Working as a bridge between ERP Team and end users.
∎ Monitor ERP System performance and recommend changes to improve system health and performance.
∎ Working in Projects/Site Offices will be required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Knowledge in Programming and Database will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a relevant field.
∎ Having experience in MIS, Software Implementation.
∎ Having experience in Construction, Ready-mix Concrete verticals.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
