Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resource or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify development needs through proper TNA.
∎ Design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house).
∎ Scheduling training and orientation program for new employees.
∎ Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Effectively manage the training budget.
∎ Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
∎ Measure effectiveness of training programs and improve accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Be an agile learner.
∎ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training and development management.
∎ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
∎ Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
∎ Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
∎ Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
∎ Good organizational and time management skills.
