Responsibilities & Context:
To assist the HOD to deal with the landowner for acquire the land, visit landowner plot and prepare detailed proposal.
Assist in Feasibility analysis of prospective lands and prepare business development Proposals.
Collect the land information, land documents, and check with the Legal Department.
Preparation and participation for Deed of agreement, Power of Attorney, Registration, and other legal issues.
Maintain liaison with government authorities related to land, the registry office, and the land office.
Make a chain of ownership from the C.S. record to the present owner.
Handling in-depth, Contract Law, Transfer of Property Act, and Rent Act; litigation be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate, and real estate issues.
Collect and prepare all legal Deed/ Agreement/ related documents from the Registry Office/ Court. Drafting all kinds of Estate (legal) documents.
Communicate with the clients and the lawyer as & when required.
Perform any other legal jobs as assigned by the Management.
