Responsibilities & Context:
· Allows for maintaining and updating the Stock Report.
· All Local Licence Update & Depot Deed Update ·
· Time-to-Time Report Maintained With Head Office (Cash Collection, Feed Sales & Bank Deposit).
· Daily Cash Collection & Bank Deposit with security.
· Overseeing the production process, planning, and implementing the production schedule.
· Feed Collection Plan activities to ensure quality.
· Labor & delivery and other resources must be kept running efficiently.
· Monitoring the delivery process and adjusting the schedule as needed.
· Maintain good relations with dealers & marketing officers.
· All Time maintains the updated feed price list.
· Communicate between different departments of the Head Office & factory as needed.
· Working with department heads to implement company policies and goals.
· Reviewing the production Information, including Transport. Assist in achieving daily planned goals.
· All Local Licence Update & Depot Deed Update ·
· Must know FIFO & LIFO methods.
