Education:

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy
Skills Required: FIFO,Internet Browsing,LIFO,Microsoft Excel,MS Office,Social Media Management,Whats app
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years

Familiar and practiced with reporting, such as daily task emailing, weekly reporting skills with MS Office operation, WhatsApp, Internet Browsing, etc.
Must have practical experience in the following departments.
Must know FIFO & LIFO methods.
Responsibilities & Context:
- All transactions under AGE&CL posting in Excel & Software
- Prepare the check sales schedule
- Regular contact with the marketing officer for chicks collection.
- Prepare the check sales collection sheet
- Posting chicks sales collection in Excel & software
- Purchase and sales ledger update in Excel
- Hatching schedule check
- Breeder farm summary check
- Breeder farm cash check
- Breeder farm all posting check in the software
- Breeder farm Stock ledger check
- Prepare salary sheet for AGE&CL and Advanced Layer Farm
- Prepare the AGE&CL bank reconciliation statement
- Prepare AGE&CL loan reconciliation statement
- Prepare a daily cash report
