Responsibilities & Context:
Routine/Regular Job:
Developing and executing marketing strategies that meet brand objectives.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and insights that aid in the development of new products.
Managing creative agencies and vendors to create compelling brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Developing and implementing social media and digital campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborating with product development teams to ensure that all new products are aligned with the brand's positioning and values.
Coordinating with internal teams such as trade marketing, sales, supply chain, and distribution to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Non-routine/Periodical Job:
Analyzing and reporting on brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions for future marketing efforts.
Prepare, monitor, and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Any others task assigned by management.
