Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis the Plan with Details
∎ Do Forecast Based on Line potential and input status
∎ Line Balancing According to the Line Target
∎ Bottleneck Follow up to increase the MO's Skills
∎ Do QCO (Quick Change Over) meeting for upcoming styles
∎ Make Multiple Skill Operators for Line Balancing
∎ Increase the MO's Efficiency and Productivity by Production Study, Motion Study, Capacity Study, Work Study etc.
∎ SMED Tools apply in Layout Time .To ensure SMED we do QCO, Machine Pre-Setup, Operator Train up if Needed etc.
∎ Work to Increase the Efficiency, as well as Productivity.
∎ Do Interview and selection of new Operators
∎ Analysis the Lost Time.
∎ Analysis and Implementation some Lean Manufacturing Tools like 5S, 8Wastages, 5M, Kaizen, Kanban etc.
∎ Hourly Monitoring the Line Target
∎ Do Evaluation and Increment the Operators based on their Current Efficiency
∎ Hit the 1st Hour Target
∎ Assist to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action and control.
∎ Making costing SMV for order pricing.
∎ Making production SMV for order execution
∎ Assist to co-ordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Working experience in Costing, GSD & Finishing area will get preference.
∎ The candidate should have at least 3-5 year's work experience in Industrial Engineering with Jacket, Woven and large knit garments.
