The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Buying House or Garments.
Good skills in MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel, email writing.
The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
Great inter-communication Skill.
Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
Should have experience in Merchandising - 100% export oriented knit & woven.
Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products & Quality.
Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
Smart, energetic and hardworking team leader and affluent in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Should be well experienced in Knit & Woven merchandising from any Buying House.
Should have a good knowledge in fabric, yarn, accessories, print & embroidery, sourcing, costing/pricing and T & A (Time & Action Plan) etc.
Should have good skill on sample development.
Candidate should be capable of handling orders from different buyers` independently.
Good track record or order follow-up from order confirmation till shipment.
Must have interpersonal communication skill in English.
Sound knowledge on overall production (Including fabric consumption, yarn and manufacturing process).
Should have sound skill on MS office.
Should be a Team Player.
Should be capable of working under pressure.
To collect PO/Order Sheet from concerned Buyers Overseas Office and provide daily feedback on demand and time.
To co-ordinate with buyers Q.C.
Prepare Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS), BOM sheet and Time Action Plan (T&A) to meet the customer deadline by fulfilling their requirement.
Input required data in company application system and update it regularly.
