Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science/ Engineering
∎ Preferably certified in OCP Developer & ITIL

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow up, monitor & reporting the IT support/ Service Desk
∎ Identifies and resolve systemic issues to prevent them from repeating
∎ Support for legacy /non SAP software (VAT, LC, PF, GF, WPPF, RAK Security & Power, telephone, Vehicle management)
∎ Support HCM team for time data and help for salary preparation
∎ Work with IT third party suppliers and service providers who are responsible of the various processes to ensure effective IT customer service
∎ Work closely with & maintain relationships with IT personnel and office stuff
∎ Manages the daily operational activities that develop and implement technical plans within IT
∎ Develops and proposes options with pros/cons and risk, and works with IT head to finalize the best IT solution that meets business needs.
∎ Participates in and contributes to the development of technical approaches and/or the recommendation of current system enhancements.
∎ Stays abreast of industry leading best IT practices and brings them to the attention of the leadership team for innovative application.
∎ Ad-hoc:
∎ Perform any ad-hoc duties as required for IT service
∎ Work as a IT support Engineers when other support engineers will be busy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-4-year experience of IT job for software development
∎ Strong knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL
∎ Strong knowledge and practical experience on Oracle Developer 6i, 10g, WebLogic (Forms and Reports) and TOAD
∎ Expert level knowledge on Database design and Administration in Oracle
∎ Sound Skill for managing the IT users and IT technical
∎ Proactive approach to managing the IT services
∎ Good organizational and managing skills to meet the service SLA
∎ Ability to work with people at all the levels of the organization
∎ Knowledge of industry standards IT service and good practices
∎ Foundation knowledge of all ITIL Service Management disciplines
∎ In depth knowledge of IT operations, disciplines and impact
∎ Good verbal & written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Experience of managing and transitioning IT change projects into live environments.
∎ Management of Supplier and service provider, including commercial and contract management, in a multiple vendor environment.
∎ Ability to effectively prioritize the IT service on demands in accordance with agreed service plans and performance indicators
∎ Strong knowledge of business software module and data flow including SAP and Non SAP
∎ Demonstrable experience in Service Management in a similar organization
∎ Implementation of IT project as a team member
