Developed a good customer relationship management (CRM). Ensure after sales service and respond immediately, if any problem occurs and solve it with coordination of the responsible person of service department. Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly. Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients. Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports. Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy. Providing maximum support and knowledge including product demo to the end users. Analyzing market trends and competitors business strategy as well as updating higher authorities. Frequently communicate with corporate customer by providing support, information, and guidance. Researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements with proper forecasting. Any other task assigned by the Management.
