Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in a leadership role within the ISP industry, with a track record of successful business development.
∎ Strong understanding of ISP technologies, network architecture, and industry trends.
∎ Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
∎ Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the ISP industry.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic business plan, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue growth strategies.
∎ Financial Management: Manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded.
∎ Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance team, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical support, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
∎ Product Development: Identify market trends and customer needs to guide the development of new products and services that drive customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
∎ Network Infrastructure: Oversee the expansion and maintenance of the ISP network infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
∎ Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously improving customer service and satisfaction levels.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
∎ Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
∎ Reporting and Analytics: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze data to make data-driven decisions and assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
