Key Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, QC parameters, and manufacturing processes, and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver defect-free products.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes.

• Solid background in product testing and implementing testing protocols.

• Good working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.

• Knowledge of factory working processes and production processes is essential to this role.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with QC software is a plus.

• Solid record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.

Experience Requirements: 8+ years of experience in garment quality control or a similar role.

We are seeking a proactive Sr. Executive, Quality Control (Apparel) to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing quality control guidelines across the organization and overseeing quality control activities throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement standard guidelines for total product quality control in our organization.

• Review and establish factory and supplier guidelines to ensure that they are following established quality control procedures.

• Manage and effectively implement QMS throughout the factory, covering the end-to-end production cycle as per requirements.

• Ensure QMS documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the QMS to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Understand and address customer quality requirements and expectations.

• Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and procedures.

• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

• Prepare regular reports on QMS performance and quality metrics for management review.

• Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for each stage of production.

• Monitor product quality and identify any deviations from established standards.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.

• Responsible for full quality control in all development products and production samples.

• Work with different types of garment, construction methods, and materials, and how to control the total quality system as per standard.

• Ability to identify and analyze defects, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and utilize software for data entry and analysis.

• Operate efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
