∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Training/Trade Course: Quality Standard (ISO9001)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Create and develop ‘’Quality Manual’’ in accordance with ISO 9001-2015.
∎ 2. Control and implement the Quality policy, procedures, and process flow diagrams as required.
∎ 3. Understand the customer requirements on QMS and implement to the place.
∎ 4. Develop plan or schedule for Technical audit in the factory by regular interval.
∎ 5. Circulate the audit schedule, checklist and audit related documents with relevant department and make awareness into the factory to conduct the audit.
∎ 6. Conduct “Third party technical audit” to monitoring effectiveness of Quality Management System.
∎ 7. Conduct “Internal technical audit” in three plants as per internal audit schedule.
∎ 8. Resolve the non-conformance / open issues by taking corrective and preventative action.
∎ 9. Work with process owners to create and amend the procedures & documents as required.
∎ 10. Work with individual quality departments to monitoring their key performance & circulate the KPI.
∎ 11. Responsible for Yearly Third-Party Technical audit status.
∎ 12. Responsible for Internal technical audit performance status.
