Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering/BBA/MBA from any reputed public University.
∎ Work in Knit composite and Textile background also highly preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Ie and planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate cost effective SMV for garment costing
∎ Simplify manufacturing process & increase efficiency and productivity of all orders.
∎ Initiate method implementation arrangement of gadget and other required elements for upcoming orders to reduce handling times and manual workers.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man & machine.
∎ Follow up pre-production activities planning and ensure back to back feeding achieve targets without compromising quality.
∎ Train & motivate workers to achieve target without compromising quality.
∎ Design & layout of Man, Machine to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ By time study determining capacity of operators and planning improvement
∎ Preparing workers skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Manpower & Machinery
∎ Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Labor cost analysis & improve the standard.
∎ Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
∎ Reviewing production schedules, engineering specification, orders and related information to obtained knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
∎ Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports
∎ Ensure an incredibly significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Lead the team with proper guidance & leadership skill along with assessing subordinates & developing all to result oriented performer as match with company expectations.
∎ Any others related work of this position and assign by the management.
∎ Asses factory capacity based on workers, machine installation
∎ Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV, TGT on regular basis
∎ Submit monthly Floor wise sewing production plan to the production head twice in a month
∎ Shipment wise operations (fabric, print, cutting , input, output ) progress follow up
∎ Communication with fabric, print planning team and production team sometimes.
∎ Attend monthly Meeting with production team twice in a month
∎ Should have good negotiation skill to represent the plan to production management.
∎ Should have good communication with merchandising also for pre-production activities and shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years of practical experience for Executive from any knit garment production planning
∎ Team player, proactive, independent and result oriented
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills both in written & speaking in English.
∎ knowledge of Fast react software will be an added advantage
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, especially in Oracle ERP
