Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Masters degree in any discipline

• Master’s in any discipline from any reputed university. MBA/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferable

• Age At most 35 years

• Candidates having prior work experience in large industries will get preference      

• Age & experience may be relaxed for exceptional and highly deserving candidates      

• Should have strong analytical skill, strategic sourcing ability, excellent communication and target-oriented mindset      

• Should have knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Power point. Candidates having skill on SAP or relevant Software will be given preference

• Procure engineering items, QC lab items, packaging materials and other operation supplies
• Establish framework agreements for strategic items to ensure cost efficiency and long-term availability
• Ensure timely supply of raw and packaging materials at toll sites
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply or quality issues
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and overstocking
• Support cost optimization initiatives and supplier performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute improving the process for the enhancement of efficiency and reliability in supply chain
• Any other duty as and when required by the Supervisor
