Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ IPE or Industrial Engineering related educational qualifications will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute production plans with the coordination to the Sourcing/Merchandising team based on customer demand, inventory levels, and lead times
∎ Monitor inventory levels to ensure that all necessary items are available for product assembly
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, quality assurance) to ensure all components are available for product assembly
∎ Forecast future demand to ensure that adequate supply is available
∎ Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components
∎ Analyze past performance data and develop strategies for optimization
∎ Manage daily operations of the planning team
∎ Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, inventory accuracy rate, etc.
