Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation (B.Sc in Textile will be preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be responsible for building and grading patterns to ensure accurate sample submission and bulk production;
∎ Create and grade patterns to ensure correct samples are submitted to the customer
∎ Responsibility for correct graded pattern to be handed over to cutting room for bulk production;
∎ Identify and solve any pattern issues in the development stage to eliminate potential issues in bulk production;
∎ Implement customer grade rules and specs as necessary;
∎ Mainly experienced in Garber software
∎ Experienced for Sportswear items and woven bottom items as well.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years work experience in a Gerber software;
∎ Must demonstrate pattern building and grading skills to a high level over varied product types;
∎ Must be able to use Electronic pattern making systems ideally Accumark ;
∎ Excellent written and spoken English;
∎ Computer literate;
∎ Organized, flexible and good at managing changing or challenging priorities/timelines/workload
∎ Effective team worker.
