• Candidate must have sound knowledge on Marine equipment, Navigational items and must have Installation & Supervision knowledge of the same.

ACI Marine and Riverine Technologies Limited is looking for a after sales service professional in MARINE EQUIPMENT Industry who will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s satisfaction of the ongoing and upcoming projects and leading the field service team.

Major job responsibilities are -

• Supervision of installation & repair of marine equipment.
• Repair, Troubleshoot, commissioning and installation of deck machinery, propulsion system etc.
• Look after the installation & commissioning of navigational equipment such as radar, gyrocompass, speed log, GPS, Echo Sounder, Wind Tracker, Sonar, Current Indicator, SPT, CCTC etc.
• Ensure spare parts sales and prompt supports.
• Maintain good relationships with customer representatives, Govt. Clients, Shipyards.
• Principal communication regarding service related issues.
• Prepare necessary documents (Bills, Material import/export documents etc.)
• Monitoring of field service team/technicians.
