Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of textile and spinning machinery.
Strong technical knowledge of textile and spinning machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monthly maintenance plan for all textile and spinning machinery.
- Create and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule, ensuring optimal equipment uptime and performance.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Execute of maintenance activities according to the established plan, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and equipment audits to identify maintenance needs and address equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, including equipment downtime, repair costs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage maintenance-related projects, such as equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance operations.
- Prepare and submit timely requisitions for machine parts to ensure uninterrupted maintenance activities.
- Use inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
