Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in Law or Business Administration or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure complete compliance in every interaction with customers, merchants and co-workers.
∎ Collaborating with policy owners, in establishing compliance management approaches.
∎ Facilitate effective programs on codes-of-conduct to educate the riders and other team members.
∎ Investigate breach of compliance objectively and fairly following the standard procedure.
∎ Driving efforts to continually raise personnel awareness and capability in relation to ethical standards and expected behaviors.
∎ Ensuring there are appropriate mechanisms in place to provide confidential advice on ethical issues to all personnel, protect personnel from retaliation for reporting misconduct.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in similar role.
∎ Experience in risk management.
∎ Knowledge of legal requirements and controls.
∎ Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Integrity and professional ethics.
