∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Islamic University of Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, IT System Management, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks.
∎ Provide network documentation, training and guidance to computing system clients and programmers.
∎ Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and CCTV connectivity problems.
∎ Record & Maintain hardware inventories.
∎ Install, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals to include, network cards, printers, modems etc.
∎ Work with vendors to resolve complex network problems.
∎ Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
∎ Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
∎ Other special IT related jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the area of all IT Support Service
∎ Reasonable professional contact with IT Firm, Vendors and support service companies.
∎ Experience in working with IT Dept. of Real Estate Companies and ERP system of such companies will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience hands-on Video & Audio Conferencing System; V-Cube, Skype, Polycom etc.
∎ Experience on Remote Desktop Support.
∎ Experience working on ERP or Database Management Software.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure
