Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Spinners & Knitters (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure
∎ Engineer to join our sweater Factory`s Information Technology team. The IT Infrastructure
∎ Engineer will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and securing the factory`s IT
∎ infrastructure. This includes managing network systems, servers, hardware, and ensuring the
∎ availability and reliability of critical IT resources.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware,
∎ software, networks, printers, scanners, projectors and CCTV Camera maintenance.
∎ Provide IT support to end users' devices, such as Desktops, Laptops, wireless router,
∎ Scanner, Printers, UPS, etc.
∎ Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal
∎ network operations.
∎ Maintain and administer servers, mail servers including installation, configuration, and
∎ regular updates.
∎ Trouble shoot any ERP data entry or report generation problem
∎ Implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
∎ Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability.
∎ Manage and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
∎ Ensure software updates and patches are applied in a timely manner.
∎ Implement security measures to protect IT systems and data from threats and
∎ unauthorized access.
∎ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. Ensure IT
∎ related audit with proper authentication.
∎ Provide technical support to factory employees, addressing hardware and software-
∎ related issues.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance contracts.
∎
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
∎ Generate regular reports on network and system performance.
∎ Monitor IT resource usage and plan for capacity expansion as needed to support
∎ business growth.
∎ Any others works assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Proven work experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role in
∎ Sweater/RMG industry will give preference.
∎ Proficiency in network administration, server management, and hardware
∎ troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of IT security practices and data protection.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
