Job Responsibilities:
∎ ** The incumbent is expected to perform the following tasks with the supervisory role in the IT team under the direct supervision of Vice Principal (Administration) and overall supervision of Principal:
∎ Efficiency in supervising and managing of ICT operations (e.g. day to day operations and maintenance of security, Back up, Disaster recovery of the installed equipment etc.)
∎ Capability in management and maintenance of IT infra-structure in comprehensive standard
∎ Correctness in maintaining computer software library and appropriate software licensing
∎ Proper knowledge about Hardware and Software
∎ Installing and configuring new Hardware, Software, Operating System & Application
∎ Developing, controlling the school's website and efficiency in running website management
∎ Appropriateness in managing the LAN/WAN and others network equipment's
∎ Monitoring the Web Server, Mail Server management and solve the problems, if required
∎ Controlling the IP phone sever and configure the IP phone when required
∎ Maintaining the Attendance reader and cooperate with HR regarding on system related issues if required
∎ Configuring the CCTV Cameras and perform troubleshooting to diagnose & resolve the problems
∎ Create student's report card format and help the teachers to print report card, if required
∎ Skills in analyzing of required business technologies appropriately and ability to determine suitable technology projects in consultation with higher management
∎ Effectiveness in performing the task of hardware trouble shooting and skills in coordinating with vendors for warranty and spare replacement
∎ Attention, timeliness and efficiency in terms of monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/Intranet etc.
∎ Logicality in running Research, Evaluation and Recommendation in terms of procuring new software and hardware
∎ Supervisory/Managerial ability to coordinate with various departments including IT Team owing to respond to IT needs of school
∎ Provide technical assistance to the staff during workshops, training and skype based interview
∎ Take photos of various events and provide technical assistance if required
∎ Prepare and maintain IT Inventory records to track all the equipment
∎ Backup and restoration of data on servers/desktops as per backup policies defined by the site
∎ Supervise the IT staff
∎ Manage and maintain the attendance device
∎ Maintain office photocopier
∎ Must have knowledge of creating and managing content/ advertising on Facebook and others social media platforms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Good communication skill in English
∎ Prior experience in similar role will get preference
∎ Experience with reputed English medium school will be given preference
