• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Group of Companies

• Age 26 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of computer networking, network setup, and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and management.

• Familiarity with the Linux OS is a plus.

• Experience in email configuration, Office 365, and related cloud services.

• Skilled in hardware assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of router and AP configuration, network security, and optimization.

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) will be a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects across diverse business units.

Ahsan Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Executive to join our diversified multi-company group. We operate across various industries, including Ready-Made Garments (RMG), Knitting, Composite, Dyeing, Construction, and Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our entire IT infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of technology across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Administer and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems to ensure optimal performance across multiple sectors.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems and basic Linux systems.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, access points (AP), switches, and firewall configurations.
• Conduct network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and security.
• Provide setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for email clients and Office 365 applications.
• Perform hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
• Ensure data security and integrity through the proper implementation of cybersecurity practices and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to internal users across departments and sectors.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.
• Monitor IT assets and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation.
