Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably in HR/Business Administration with Diploma in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Training/Trade Course: KPI Master Class
∎ Skills Required: PMS (KPI)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): PMS (KPI)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ **Performance Management System:
∎ Proper Development KPI based PMS for respective departments.
∎ Analyze the KRA & KPI for individuals & assisting the revision process.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly evaluation & appraisal report.
∎ Conduct awareness session on KPIs & one to one performance review meeting individuals.
∎ Ensure the completion of employees' yearly performance appraisal/objective settings effectively and timely through co-ordination.
∎ **Talent Acquisition:
∎ Conduct end to end HR activities for Manpower requisition, Approval management, Talent acquisition, Screening, Interview, Selection, Onboarding etc to ensure competency based recruitment.
∎ **Organizational Development:
∎ Designing & implementing different HR policies to assure smooth operation & maximize work efficiency.
∎ Working on HRIS & atomization of various HR process.
∎ **Training & Development:
∎ Develop training content as per requirement & conduct the training & post training evaluations.
∎ Co-ordinate all in-house and external training program for concerned employees as per plan.
∎ **Employee Engagement:
∎ Coordinate various employee engagement program and events.
∎ **HR Operations:
∎ HR & Admin budget monitoring.
∎ Employee information documentation & database maintenance.
∎ Preparing & updating Job description of different job positions.
∎ Conducting the confirmation process of the employees.
∎ Prepare and conduct any other Adhoc HR task.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound exposure to HRM & HRD in a structured HR department.
∎ Thorough understanding of human resource issues, practices and systems, sound knowledge in labor & industrial laws.
∎ Personal attributes and competencies including, communication, leadership and negotiation skills and innovative & methodical.
∎ Expertise with Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Salary: Negotiable
