Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in HRM from any reputed University/ Institutions.
∎ Working experience in Washing Factory will get preference.
∎ PGDHRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Germents and Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company goals through proper implementation of HR policies, procedures and effective utilization of personnel and resources with hands-on management.
∎ Monitor overall Compliance management & implement as per requirements.
∎ Oversee the employee transfer, promotion and separation activities in the organization
∎ Support management on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management with issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances and performance issues
∎ Maintain manpower records and organized data bank of applicants for various positions and generates recruitment related reports. Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed.
∎ Have ability to develop strategic policy & procedures in respect of HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ Maintain manpower status properly to support corporate HR for Recruitment, Selection, and Performance appraisal for management staff in consultation with senior management.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions for the employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor Leave Record, Monthly Payroll, and Employee Database.
∎ Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Discharge any work assigned by higher authority as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Computer literate (MS office)
