Responsibilities & Context:

Lavender Food & Bakery is looking for an experienced Senior Executive (HR & Admin) for its diversified Food & Bakery products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases (attendance, leave, personal details).
  • Payroll & Benefits: Gathering data for payroll, managing employee benefits inquiries (leave, perks).
  • Policy & Compliance: Implementing company policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and managing disciplinary issues.
  • Training & Development: Organizing training sessions, creating onboarding materials, supporting appraisals.
  • Employee Engagement: Organizing wellness events, social gatherings, and addressing grievances. 
  • Office/Factory Management: Overseeing facilities, utilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen.
  • Asset & Inventory: Managing office assets, vehicles, supplies, insurance, and fixed assets.
  • Vendor Management: Selecting, negotiating with, and managing vendors (contracts, payments).
  • Documentation: Maintaining digital/physical records, managing legal documents (contracts, MOUs).
  • Managing labor camps, uniforms, and daily logistics for production staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with factory-specific regulations (e.g., factory acts).
  • Handling HR/Admin for shift workers and high-turnover roles.
