Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): door frame factory, Wood Based Industry, Woodbased Industry, Wooden and Metal Furniture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job posting is applicable only for factory HR & Admin department.
∎ The applicant must have experience in Wooden door & furniture manufacturing plant.
∎ The applicant must be able to recruit manpower/workers from similar working field across the nation.
∎ To maintain Personnel Files, Updating KPI & Evaluation, Payroll, Employee Schedule, Attendance as well as other necessary records keeping & provide various reporting to the management.
∎ Take corrective measures (if required) by using motivational tools and counseling activities.
∎ To prepare Job Advertisements, contact Applying Candidates and Coordinate Interviews in accordance with the organizational recruitment standards and business needs.
∎ On completion of Interviews, to check Background & References, negotiate & select Candidates and provide feedback to his/her Supervisor.
∎ On confirmation of Appointment, to ensure proper orientation, induction, training and placement of the Candidates.
∎ Prepare Letters and Memos
∎ To make all correspondences related to HR & Administration of the manufacturing plant.
∎ Any other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
