• Candidates with certification in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will receive preference.

• Maintenance & troubleshooting of CNC Machine, Oven, laser printer, sewing machines, DG set, HVAC, Air compressor, WTP, ETP.

• MS Office, ERP/SAP/IBM business solutions.

• Strong English communication skills are necessary.

• Experience in a similar type of position, preferably in a 100% export-oriented industry or factories located in EPZ.

Artnature Bangladesh Limited is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc., Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested in joining in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company from the beginning of its operation in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Performing scheduled maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and part replacements, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other system malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.

• Installing new equipment and machinery systems and assisting with upgrades or replacements as needed.

• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including providing guidance and support.

• Responding to emergency breakdowns and ensuring that equipment is quickly restored to operational status.

• Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance procedures, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency.

• Designing new utility infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies and cost estimates.

• Managing and overseeing the construction of new utility systems, ensuring they are built according to specifications.

• Ensuring that all systems and operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and relevant industry codes.

• Managing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Preparing technical reports, documentation, and performance summaries related to utility systems.

• Implementing energy-saving measures and sustainable practices within utility systems.
