Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing Technology
∎ B.Sc. in Fashion Design & Technology/MBA in Apparel Merchandising/M.Sc. in Fashion Design & Technology from any reputed university.
∎ Knowledge in Graphics Design will add extra advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
∎ Develop product design strategies and concepts according to customer requirements.
∎ Prepare product design specifications and create design sketches and drawings.
∎ Plan and execute product designs within allotted budget and timelines.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot product issues and constraints in a timely manner.
∎ Recommend new tools and technologies to complete design projects.
∎ Maintain a design library for reference purposes.
∎ Share new design ideas and methodologies with management.
∎ Assist in product development and implementation activities.
∎ Analyze potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
∎ Evaluate product designs and recommend improvements.
∎ Stay abreast with design trends and techniques.
∎ Follow design standards and adhere to company policies.
∎ Provide assistance to Product Development Team when needed.

∎ Age 23 to 36 years
