Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ Certificate/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management is highly preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing Product and Supplier locally and globally, exploring market and vendor development.
∎ Preparing RFQ, collecting quotation, doing technical evaluation, negotiating, preparing CS and taking approval for purchasing of production material, mechanical or electrical items, equipment, machinery, spare parts, tools, consumables etc.
∎ Preparing purchase orders/ work orders, follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment.
∎ On time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement.
∎ Purchase of materials at the most competitive price which minimize the cost of company ensuring higher quality standard.
∎ Supplier performance measurement, evaluation and development of potential supplier.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
∎ Foster close working relationships and coordination with associated departments, Sales & Marketing, Production units, Stores etc.
∎ Maintain flexibility and establish Agile Supply Chain to be responsive to user with quality of work.
∎ Maintain Supply Chain database in regular basis.
∎ Prepare different type of report as per requirement of business.
∎ Continuous improvement
