Responsibilities & Context:
Primitek Group is a renowned manufacturing company in Bangladesh is seeking skilled Sr. Executive /Executive, (IT) he will be responsible to provide end-to-end IT support across hardware and networking including PC installation (Windows/Linux), printer and CCTV configuration, email setup (Outlook/Gmail), attendance device maintenance. The position requires strong knowledge about Hardware configuration and network knowledge and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Install and configure PCs with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu).
Set up network printers, shared drives, and provide desktop-to-desktop support.
Monitor internet speed, bandwidth usage, and website access.
Troubleshoot and replace faulty hardware components (e.g., motherboard, RAM, power supply).
Configure and maintain CCTV systems (XVR/NVR), including date/time updates.
Configure and support email systems (Gmail, Microsoft Outlook) and Support attendance system devices (e.g., ZKTeco, Hikvision).
Conduct floor visits to assist users, collect feedback, and resolve device-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Monitor IT product prices and support procurement decisions.
Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation and report critical updates to the Factory End & IT Manager proactively.
