Responsibilities & Context:
Sample collection as per following production plan to analyze to fix up SMV and daily target.
Finalizing layout SMV and manpower status update in oracle system.
Absenteeism and required manpower balance as per layout.
Manpower evaluation for recruitment and promotion.
Process analysis for method development to save manpower and work place usage.
