Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters from any reputed university(PGD HRM/ MBA In HRM will Get Preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Factory HR Administration Compliance, HRM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Look After over all Administration.
∎ To play the leading role in the HRM such as recruitment, placement, orientation, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits.
∎ To ensure proper management of personal files, attendance, leave matters, evaluation and promotion of all personnel of the organization.
∎ To update office management manual with recommended new decisions.
∎ To supervise training need analysis and design and implement a training plan for the employees with involvement of department heads.
∎ Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary action.
∎ To maintain and keep record of organizational assets including land, vehicles etc.
∎ To act as the main contact person with Government regulating bodies such as Education Board, Department of Social Welfare, DC Office etc.
∎ To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
∎ To maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ To take other additional assignment of the organization if needed. Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having minimum 4 Years experience on any reputed manufacturing/heavy industry (Factory Level).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS / HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing industry (Factory Level).
∎ He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct. Sweater Industry, Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Good Leadership quality.

Salary: Negotiable
